Live Stream AthleticsCongratulations to both the Boys and Girls Lacrosse teams! Mooney Lacrosse teams won their season opening matches last night. The girls beat Calvary Christian 15-4. Goals were scored by 8 different Lady Cougars. Sophie Leereveld led the way with 4, Molly Donaghy had 3, Maggie Sorenson had 2, Cameron Ward had 2 and one each for Nicole Haluska, Audrey Contis, Zoie Zanoni and Lauren Smith.
The Boys beat Plant High School 12-9. Top Performers for the Cougars were MJ McMahon with 4 goals, JP Jackson with 2 goals and 3 assists and Ryan Katchen with 1 goal and 2 assists. Again, great job to Mooney Lacrosse on a strong start to the season!
