Cougar Sports Camp | BASEBALL

AGES: Rising 7th-8th graders. (Campers entering 9th grade are not eligible)

DATES: June 9-11, Tuesday – Thursday, $120

TIME: 9:00am-12:00noon

Director: Coach Mercurio & Coach Johnson

The camp is organized under the direction of head coach Mike Mercurio. 

Campers will be instructed on defensive, catching, hitting, and pitching elements of the game. Campers will participate in field skills, drills, and will have full access to the baseball facilities to improve their baseball skills. Instructors include former MLB players, college players and many current Mooney coaches and players. All campers are required to bring their own baseball equipment to camp

Cougar Cheer Camp
June 15-18, $150

AGES: PK- rising 8th grade
           (Campers entering 9th grade are not eligible)

Join us for an exciting CMHS Kids Cheer Camp from June 9th-12th, 9 AM – 12 PM! This fun-filled camp is perfect for young athletes who want to learn stunts, jumps, tumbling, cheers, and dances in a positive and energetic environment lead by our very own Cardinal Mooney Varsity and JV team. 

💲 Cost: $150 (includes snacks & a camp t-shirt!)

Throughout the week, campers will develop their skills while making new friends and building confidence. On Thursday, June 18th, families are invited to our final performance to see all the amazing things their cheerleaders have learned!

The camp is organized under the direction CMHS Music Teacher Mrs. McCarthy. Open to all skill levels to campers who are interested in learning to play the drums or other instruments.

• Camp doors open 30 minutes prior to camp time

• athletes need court shoes for camp

• wear shorts and T-Shirt

• Camp will consist of skill development stations ; agility training; skill contests; games

• Progress report card; awards at the end of the week; camp t-shirt

• Camp will be conducted by Head Coach Curt Kassab and the Cardinal Mooney Boys basketball players.

Girls & Boys Wrestling

AGES: Rising 1st-8th grade boys and girls. (Campers entering 9th grade are not eligible)

DATES: June 23-25, Tuesday – Thursday
TIME: 4PM-6PM
Director: Coach Felix
The camp is organized and coached by the MOONEY Varsity Coaching staff and the Mooney Wrestlers.  All skill levels are welcome. Campers will receive specific instruction in folkstyle, freestyle, and greco.
