Academic Scholars Diploma

As an incentive for students to achieve high honors and as a reward for student accomplishments, CMHS awards an Honors Diploma to students who fulfill the following requirements:

            Academic Requirements

• 4 years of Math reaching at least Honors Precalculus or College Algebra
• 4 years of English
• 4 years of Science including Chemistry or Physics
• 4 years of World Language or at least 2 years of World Language and 4 years of Music, Art, or Drama
• All other graduation requirements (Art, Theology, Social Studies, Physical Education)

GPA Requirement

• Cumulative Weighted GPA of 3.8 or above with no semester grade lower than a “C”

Honors/AP Requirement

• At least 12 Honors, Dual Enrollment or AP courses (with corresponding AP exam)
