The Cardinal Mooney Summer Strength and Conditioning programs will offer athletes a well-rounded workout program. Emphasis is placed on speed and conditioning with the goal of making our Cougar athletes bigger, faster and stronger. Workouts in our weight room will focus on form, technique, power and “explosiveness.” Outside, athletes will do drills that will improve their running mechanics, foot speed, agility and conditioning. We will track the progress made towards goals set for our athletes, throughout the summer.
All students must have completed paperwork on file in the Athletic Director’s office, including an updated physical, in order to participate. The forms can be found, here.
