SOFTBALL CAMP

 June 15-18, $150

9 am-12 noon/Monday-Thursday/Ages: 4th-8th grade

Director: Head Coach Lizz Curll-Chappell

Instruction from varsity coaching staff and current varsity Lady Cougar players.
The camp will include fundamentals of offense and defense including pitching and catching. The camp features quality instruction while promoting a love for the sport of softball.

 

 

 

 

 

 

GIRLS LACROSSE
June 22-25, $150
9 am-12 noon/Monday-Thursday/Ages: 4th-8th grade
Director: Head Coach Brooke Eisenacher

Come learn more about one of the fastest growing sports!  Learn from a former D1 player and first year girls varsity coach, Brooke Eisenacher, along with the talented Cougar players.
The camp will focus on cradling, catching, passing, shooting and incorporate fun, competitive drills to improve skills.  If you have a stick, bring it with you.  If not, we will have plenty to borrow.

 

 

 

POLE VAULT CAMP
June 15-18, $100
9 am-12 noon/Monday-Thursday/Ages: 5th-8th grade
Director: Pole Vault Coach John Raleigh

We take great pride in offering a wide variety of challenging vault related activities in a fun setting.
We stress step-by-step skill development, with a safety first motto.
Come prepared to make huge gains in your vaulting, make new friends, and try new stuff.
This camp is designed for the serious vaulter and is exciting and fun for the beginner.

 

 

FOOTBALL CAMP

June 8-11, $150.00
9 am-12 noon/Monday-Thursday/Ages 4th-8th grade
Director: Head Football Coach Jared Clark

The camp is organized and coached by the CMHS Varsity Coaching staff under the direction of brand new head coach Jared Clark.
Campers will receive position specific instruction.  The camp also includes speed and agility training, a skills competition and sessions on motivation and goal setting.

 

 

GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMP

June 8-11, $150
9 am-12 noon/Monday-Thursday/Ages: 4th-8th grade
Director: Head Coach Rico Antonio

Get instruction from the Girls Varsity coaching staff and play alongside the Varsity girl players.
The camp will focus on fundamentals such as ball handling, proper shooting techniques, fun competitive interactive drills with the intentions of becoming a better basketball player.
We will also be playing 5 on 5 games to experience game simulations.

 

 

 

CHEER CAMP
June 1-3, $90.00
9 am-12 noon/Monday-Wednesday/Girls entering kindergarten-8th grade
Director: Cougar Varsity Cheer Coach Ashley Dooley

Each camper will learn and work on skills and concepts that will enhance their cheer skills and get them ready for their future as a cheerleader. 
They will learn cheers, dances, jumps, tumbling, techniques and stunting. 

 

 

 

 

BOYS BASKETBALL

June 1-4, $150
9 am-12 noon/Monday-Thursday/Boys entering 5th-9th grade
Director: Coaches Clayton Slentz and Vince Cherry

Each camper will work on skills and concepts that will enhance them as a player and help get them ready for a future varsity basketball career. 
Skills include shooting, ball handling, passing, footwork, concepts of teamwork and defense and overall basketball IQ. 

 

 

 

VOLLEYBALL CAMP 8U -12U/4TH-6TH GRADE

June 1-4, $150.00
6:00-8:00 pm (8U-12U/4th-6th grade) – $150
Director: Head Volleyball Coach Chad Sutton

The reigning State Champion Cougar Volleyball team provides a great camp featuring both instruction and fun. 
The camp will focus on developing skills and teaching the game. 
Every day will feature a heavy emphasis on 1st contact skills such as serving, setting and digging. 
Each court will have a CMHS coach plus multiple CMHS volleyball players serving as assistant coaches.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

VOLLEYBALL CAMP 13U-15U/7TH-9TH GRADE

June 1-4 $180             6:00-9:00 pm (13U-15U/7th-9th grade)
