As one of our 4500 alumni, you're a very important part of Cardinal Mooney High School’s 51 year history. Whether you graduated last year or 40 years ago, CMHS views the continuance of the relationship begun when you were a student as an important part of its mission.
Committed to your education and your life when you were a student, CMHS wants to continue to serve you as an alumnus. To help it continue to do so, the Office of Advancement serves alumni and the school. Your Office of Advancement offers activities and events that provide social and networking opportunities for you and your family with fellow alumni and faculty. The Office of Advancement also sponsors activities to open doors to new learning experiences.
In turn, Cardinal Mooney alumni provide crucial support through their advocacy of the school, volunteerism, and their charitable contributions. Explore the ways you can help your alma mater through support and volunteering for various activities.
Please know that no matter how far you are from campus or how long you have been gone, you will always be a part of Cougar family. Welcome back to CMHS!
Ways to Get Involved
Besides events and activities sponsored for alumni, there are many ways to get involved in the life of Cardinal Mooney High School:
Alumni Career Advisor and Mentor Program
Alumni Career Advisors provide students and other alumni with information about career expectations, jobs, internships and more. Your involvement as a Career Advisor enables you to be a friendly voice in an otherwise anonymous, often intimidating world of work. It gives you the opportunity to share your experiences with students and other alumni. Through this program the Alumni Mentor Network will be implemented to provide a database for internships for current students or college age alumni.
Guest Lecturer Program
Here's an opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with Cardinal Mooney students. Two or three times a year alumni are invited to speak to students as the guest of faculty or student organizations on campus. Please let us know if you have an expertise or an experience that may be of interest or instructional value to our current students, and you are willing to return to CMHS to share it in a classroom or at a student function.
Class Reunions
Return to campus to reminisce about the good old days, to make new friends, and to catch up on what has changed (or not changed) at CMHS over the years. Enthusiastic class members are needed to help plan and organize your class reunion.

Alumni Giving
As a Cardinal Mooney High School alumnus, you are one of a select group who can boast a quality Catholic education centered in Gospel values. The small class sizes, personal attention, dedicated faculty and staff and the education of the whole person laid a foundation for life that you have hopefully been able to build upon in your personal life and professional career.
While CMHS grows and develops to meet the needs of current students, one thing has remained the same on campus and that is the quality education that each student receives. In order to foster our tradition of academic excellence, Cardinal Mooney High School relies on the support of alumni. Gifts to the Annual Fund made it possible for you to attend CMHS even if you did not receive financial assistance from the school. Tuition and fees do not cover the total cost of education and without the generosity of alumni; tuition costs would raise significantly making a CMHS education unaffordable to many prospective students.
Your financial support as an alumnus is important and will serve as an inspiration to others.
